Why do you want to be staff? (At least 50 words):
I would like to be staff, as I said in my first application, to help the server grow. The more help that servers gain, the more frequent it can host massive events or have people whitelisted. I have always wanted to be an admin. At first it was to show power, but as I've matured, i use it as as sign of maturity. If you are an admin, you NEED to be sensible. If you're not, you are not true admin material. On servers where I haven't been an Admin, I've watched RDM and FailRP happen with no consequence. I used to wonder if I was, I wouldn't have to deal with problems like that anymore. I don't want that to happen to this server.
What do you do as staff? (At least 50 words):
As staff, it is our job to keep the server running. We help host/host events, solve problems, such as RDM and FailRP, and whitelist those who need promoting. We can use abilities such as noclip, and godmode to aid us in our endeavors, but must NOT abuse them for our own personal gain. In some ways we are selfless for the non-admin players on the server. And the more admins there are, the faster we can get problems and events sorted. Strength in numbers, in a way. Scenario: There are 5 Mass-RDMers on the server. What would we do? The more of us there are, the more we can kick/ban/warn at once. That (sums up) is what Staff's job is.
What makes you so diffrent from the other people who are wanting to become staff ? (atleast 25 words)
: The thing that makes me different from other applyers is that I've dealt with Mod-designed situations myself in some cases. An Admin wouldn't step into a mass-RDM case, so I told him to stop and got someone to cuff him. Contacted the Admin

Have you ever been staff on a server before ?: No I haven't.
Senarios:
A player is killing many people, what is it called and what do you do?
: This is called RDM. They will be warned. If they continue to do so they will be kicked. If the RDM continues after a kick, it will result in a timed ban, possible demote, then permaban. (Not in that particular order)
A player keeps spawning in on a event and continues to play, what rule is he NOT following and what do you do about it?: He only has ONE life in events (I presume) and him continuously spawning is FailRP, which will result in warn/demote/kick/ban.
A staff member that is a Admin is a abusing his power and you are only a Mod what will you do ?
: Report it to a higher member of staff
One of the servers best players friend has just been banned for 1 week and he is asking you to unban him what do you do ? (Please Explain why you would do it)
: Leave it. If he has been banned,(for a VALID reason) he has no right to rejoin until his ban has been lifted.
A player has just ran into the training room and shot somone in the head and killed them. They claim it was a miss click what do you do ? (Explain)
: Leave them. If it was only one. I would warn them not to kill any more players and if they did, they would be warned, then kicked, then banned and possibly demoted.
A Fleet member is failrping infront of everyone and making the server look bad what do you do (Explain)
: Ask him to stop and/or warn him. He is Fleet and Fleet is a massive responsibility. If he FailRPs, he isn't showing what his application for the role did. Thus, if he continues, he would be demoted.
I hope you take this application into consideration.
